Growth for further studies

This is the first time I have worked in the public sector. So many things that I needed to get use to. Firstly the amount of freedom that the employees have, some good and some bad. I had to get use to people not respecting their subordinates which is not what I am used to. Overall the relationship I have with my co-workers I cannot complain about as I strive to always maintain good working relationships. I have learned and acquired a lot especially from my immediate supervisor. I have never understood anything about the medical field but now I know a few things that puts a smile on my face. Working with such a huge amount of people have taught me to be more patient and attentive to each and every person's situation. I would say the most challenging aspect of my job is to make sure that I always deliver what is expected of me and to let my supervisor down, she is a woman that I look up to. A hard worker and passionate about her profession. She offers so much and still managers to always go the extra mile.

Pros: Opportunity for growth and promotion
Cons: Straight shifts which I am very happy about

Diversification

Working for a State of the art Hospital comes highly recommended.It fun being young and working with older people especially help patients on a daily basis makes me feel that i have a purpose in life.I am very devoted when it comes to my patients and making sure that they get all my attention and assistance when coming to the Hospital.I believe in growth and change and being in one position does not do it for me. I wanna learn new things,things that will educate me and motivate me to do more in life.

Pros: great opportunity in working with people
Cons: no diversification
