Currently working from 08h00 to 17h00 Daily duties include loading claims to be submitted to medical aids. Ensuring that all details are correct and up to date on the data-basis. Booking of appointments, filing, liaison with medical aids and following up on non-payments or rejected claims. Reconciling remittance statements with accounts Tending to e-mails and processing on daily basis. Love working with my colleagues, we have a wonderful relationship. Most challenging aspect is the continuous changes in the medical aid industry with network options, and coding challenges such as ICD10 and morpholgy codes.
