Great learnt alot
My day is never the same which I enjoy. Do my reports, check if the machines are running, chat to the workers, share a few jokes and wish them a good day. capturing of previous days productions. Sort out customer queries. Each day I learn something new or improve on my skills. What I enjoy most is meeting new people, helping where I can and learning something new. Because my day is never the same that is always a challenges but I enjoy it, some days it is smooth and others sorting out problems.

Excellent Learning Curve
I consider myself to be a hard worker and I am dedicated to the tasks I am given to do. I am goal directed and enjoy seeing projects through a positive conclusion. I know myself to be a friendly person and I have excellent communication skills. One of my strongest abilities is that I can work under pressure. Should I be successful in my application, I promise to execute my duties To the best of my ability and to be an asset to the company I declare that the particulars furnished above are true and correct.

Massive exposure and growth in terms of experience
I have grown passion of fixing cars,it started with me calling people to fix my car of which,most of the time i know the problem on my car. My car was misfiring on cylinder4 and also had no power,i did compression test on it,all cylinders had almost 1200kpa,of which concluded to be ok then i did,spark plug test,i found that all spark plugs firing ok it was obvious that theres fuel on the line because the car was starting but a funny thing was happening,i would swap coil packs to any cylinder but the misfiring was on one place.To me it was obvious i have an injector problem,then i bought one for R800 then took out old one,found out that it had an oil at the small front holes,installed new one. The was no more misfire,i got my power back but not much,i had to adjust the turbo wastegate because the setting was not correct also cleaned brake booster to have enough wastegate vacuum pressure.

Excellent learning curve
A typical day at Dpi plastics consists of pre-planned maintenance tasks as well as the other unplanned maintenance to ensure maximum productivity and the least downtime on machines and equipment, my relationship with my fellow employees and subordinates are very strict and i tend to keep it on a professional degree to get the work done efficiantly and timeously, i have learned that not everything can be controlled to the tee and that sometimes one has to wait for certain things in order to get the best reliable results, i enjoy working allongside my subordinates and assist them in fault-finding and repairing whatever the problem may be it gives me great joy to reap the rewards of getting it right and will problem solve and search until I do get it right i hate not finishing whatever i start, the most chalenging and frustrating aspect of the job is and always will be the availability and lead time to get hold of spares and equipment that is outsourced.
Pros: Large and well known company where you can learn and excell in personal growth
Cons: Company closed down before I got to show them all I'm capable of doing

Qualified tool and die maker with cnc experience and edgecam design
I am a skilled tool and die maker working for major competitive plastic injection companies making moulds as well as servicing and repairing. I have all my red seals including cnc milling, turning and edgecam. My aim is to master the cnc environment and design. I am a honest and reliable employee with good skills to offer

Good on floor working team
Relationship with co-workers is really good, was a team-effort and supported each other in everyday efforts. A typical work day would start at 05h00 and end at 16h00. As team manager I would go through the factory first thing upon arrival to determine the work that was conducted during night shift and to prepare for the day ahead. I would go to my desk, situated in the factory and start planning for the day ahead and complete some admin tasks before the team arrived.

Excellent
I work 12 hours daily I assemble all the fittings that comes from the machine , barcode it pack it in plastics seal it and then sending it off to the clients.what I enjoy the most of the work I'm doing the people I work with and the environment.
