Great learning curve

Lack of development opportunities. I strongly believe that every job needs to have at least once or twice a year a development career expo where one would be able learn more in terms of development in the company.

U work as hard as you can and you won't be recognized for your hard work ,and their big bosses don't know how to talk to their employees they are rude ,the environment is not healthy they always remind you that they will fire you

Excellent learning curve

Woworking at Doves has been a great learning curve for, i have acquired a lot of skill including Sales, costomer service and problem solvimng. My colleagues and i respect each other we have a good working relation and what i have learned working here through out the years is that i have i have always worked with hard working people who love and respect thier jobs which makes to enjoyable and east. w
