Huge exciting learning curve as BTL agency, and was previously in digital for 15 years

I love going into an office environment as enjoy being with people, and my colleagues are wonderful and have a great work ethic too. I have always been good at sales, cold-calling and client service. What I've learnt is to come up with PR themes for clients, and strategies and concepts! Challenging and exciting. No day at the office is typical, as it could involve a number of things - calling clients, meetings, presenting, writing strats, etc. I enjoy the diversity of this work.

Cons: Not charging for strats so no comm

It’s a start to a career but no growth

It’s a start into the business world and to get to know the 9-5 hour experience, but there is no growth within the company and it is contractual based which is not ideal for someone who would to grow. The hours are ridiculous as you don’t get over time but you are mandated to work on public holidays too
