More than the truth.

It is very important to fall in love with your chosen job. It makes everyone around you enjoy their jobs too!! Managing your team positively empowers them to do their level best for the business. It is very important to make everyone understand their importance and contributions to the business, That alone creates an automatic respect towards each other. Leading by example is the greatest tool too! I believe that respect is earned there fore it is a two lane road . House rules are not read to the team , we implement them. Team work starts from the top going down , Product knowledge is power, enthusiasm, confidence are the products of knowledge. House training for product knowledge will take the business to a higher level. knowing your team by potentials makes it easier to team them for busier days, Grooming the weak ones saves the business from being overstaffed,

Pros: It was very challenging from the beginning as joined the during first season, it was very busy
Cons: I felt like l was under a truck but my experience of years pulled me out

Excellent learning curve.. leant to work under pressure and to communicate with the staff .

Friday night's are the most topical days at Doppio Zero it will be hectic mean supper busy , l have learnt to be mult task to pay attention to details and to be focused effective promote team succes by independently handling side work and cleaning up spills in order to provide legendary services to the customers it all starts from team work.when l wanna at working l enjoy going an extra mile on reading and knowing the menu this will help me to up sell to customers because you will be knowing that you will be sellingThe most challenging aspect at Doppio Zero is when the shop is quite staff in generally don't means to care because it will be quite and the service it won't be that efficient but l have learned and come to realise that when a shop is quite that's when you can be able to promote customer service to the customers you can even up sell and answer questions and help customers select optimal meals choices based on individual preferences and promote long term loyalty.

Very challenging

I'ts very challenging but worthy because i'm the kind of person that gets bored easy and being in that kind of work spaces keeps me on my toes and mentally sharp. I get paid based on how much i've worked that keeps me motivated and makes me want to do more than the above average. I was placed Second in the top achievers at work.

Pros: meetings different people everyday
Cons: having difficult customers who don't want to pay their bills.

Great opportunity

Sarcasm is my dealbreaker Mistreatments is all i recieved due to my age I was working well with other 2 girls on retail section which were very supportive to me ,encourageous and all .they were both fired due to stealing and cheating on tests in which my manager tried to involve me in cheating just because she limited my knowledge n focus on this job After proving her wrong i was mistreated even more ,but other managers saw it and were telling me to get used to it but i knew that after my training is done ill be an asset at a different company

It has been challenging but wirth it considering the amount of skills I've accumulated

it has taught me how to communicate clearly and concise .equipped me with new skills and has also given me an opportunity to grow within the hospitality industry aiding me with barista training and Sab certification

Meritorious leaning experience

The working hours are too long, unbalanced schedule. Sometimes one close shop at 21h00 then opens the following day at 06h30. No enough resting period

Pros: Great company for growth
Cons: No late transport
