I like working for pizza company but it's not just about the brand but the difference customers I get to see and interact with on daily basis.. helps me deal with them regarding compliments that builds me and complains that helps me learn from them for better service.its productive and I also learned how to work not just to run the store but also to work with my team to reach a target set dailt and how to groom them to be winners. . and the most difficult part of my job is having to with moody customers and getting to call them down n get them what that want avoiding them spreading the bad service they had..

Pros: working there gives everyone the opportunity to grow in the business and have access to other qualifications and given the chance to apply for other positions within the company and in house training provided
Cons: long hours are hard but they pay

Excellent learning curve

I am currently looking for a job and also interested in applying for any positions. I am confident that my skills and experience that I earned on the previous jobs could make a great contribution in your Firm. I’m also willing to do extra work that you will give to gain more experience . In therefor Running Front of the House(FOH), Middle of the House(MOH) and Back of the House(BOH),working with G4S and SBV ,complain follow-up, Stock Control, Team schedule, Looking forward in marketing ,couch and support team, Sales projections, CPLH, Balance Score Card(BSC) of the store, monthly and weekly stock count, stock ordering and GRV it on system, Inspections follow-up, bottle neck solving(movement of customers), conduct pre-shift and one to one meeting, projections and Labor forecast, Being able to work with CHAMPS and Believe in all people .

I obtained a management certificate and NSF food safety certificate

: Schedule, cash ups, hiring, moral attitude and staff discipline, achieving 5 star on evaluations, Running shift and operations, dealing with customer complains, customer satisfaction, stock count and stock ordering, training, • attend financial review meetings, analysis and track key profit, loss statement and operational data from all stores to derive a meaningful business insight • Develop and implement detailed action plans at address financial issues or problem • Monitor and ensure transactional year on year growth • Leadership role in developing and implementing Local Store Marketing activity • Identifying and developing new Sales growth opportunities • Manage stores to achieve operational excellence

Almost

Well sometimes we get paid less of salary and when we ask they tell us about the new hours approved by the new owner,we work upnormal hours which at the end of month we expect to see it ,but when the payslips comes its another story

Hard hands on dedicated worker passion for the business Cash ups with the end of day Stock tack at every nigth Food safety all the time Training all the time Marketing all the time Admin everyday Payrol monthly. Weekly Recruiting when needed Disiplinary prosudurs

Excellent learning opportunity

a typical work day starts with cleaning and setting up the store, prepping stock for daily sales, checking of motorcycles , making pizza and stretching dough as bases. When the pizza are ready then we deliver it to the customer. Ive got a good relationship with fellow co workers as we are a team. Ive become more confident and responsible and have learn many things in the industry The most challenging aspect is stretching dough. I enjoy every part of my job as a hardworker should, because that is just who I am.

EXCELLENT LEARNING CURVE

WORKING AT DOMINOS PIZZA IS A GREAT EXPERIENCE,WORKING WITH TEAM MEMBERS THAT UNDERSTANDS YOU AS WELL AS CUSTOMERS. I HAVE LEARNT HOW TO DEAL WITH ISSUES AND DIFFICULT CUSTOMERS.I LEARNT HOW TO BECOME FLEXIBLE AND BEING A GENERALIST. I ENJOYED WORKING UNDER PRESSURE AS THE STORE CAN GET VERY BUSY AT TIMES,I CONQUER THE RUSH. MOST CHALLENGING IS CUSTOMER AND KEEPING THE DOMINOS STANDARDS AT 5 STARS. THE END OF DAY PROCESS IS A LOT OF WORK AS WE HAVE TO SEND REPORTS AFTER CLOSING EACH NIGHT.WE HAVE TO WORK EVERYDAY 7 DAYS A WEEK AND NO OFF WEEKENDS. IT IS A LOT OF SACRIFICES TO MAKE AS YOU DO NOT SEE YOUR FAMILY A LOT BECAUSE YOU MORE AT WORK THAN AT HOME.

Pros: DOMINOS IS FULL OF GREAT OPPORTUNITIES TO GROW
Cons: THE WORKING HOURS ARE LONG AND CAN BE TIRING

I HAVE LEARNT HOW TO WORK WITH A TEAM AND OTHER CIVILIANS.

WORKING AT DOMINOS PIZZA IS A BIT STRESSFUL AND A LOT OF EFFORT HAS TO BE PUT INTO TASKS. I HAVE A VERY SUPPORTING TEAM.THEY ALWAYS OBEY MY ORDERS ALTHOUGH SOMETIMES IT IS A LOT TO ASK OF THEM. I'VE LEARNT THAT YOU AS A MANAGER NEED TO RESPECT TEAM MEMBERS AND TREAT THEM ALL EQUALLY AND YOU'LL GET DOUBLE THE RESPECT AND HARD WORK FROM THEM.I ENJOY THOSE BUSY TIMES INSIDE THE STORE WHEN EVERYONE IS FOCUSED ON THEIR DUTIES AND WANTS TO MAKE THE DAY A SUCCESS AND LEAVE WORK WITH PEACEFUL MIND.WHAT'S CHALLENGING ABOUT WORKING AT DOMINOS IS THE HOURS,ONE DO NOT GET ENOUGH TIME ON A WEEKEND TO SPEND WITH FAMILY AND FRIENDS.HOURS ARE LONG.

Learning curve and new experience

Customer care has one of the important aspects of my job, I have a good working relationship with the staff I work with we reach each other along the way and we learn new thing as we grow with the company.

Pros: I have been promoted from a cashier to a manager
Cons: Long working hours 14 hours a day
