Hi, I am a professional nurse currently working at Mapayeni clinic, I see acute, mother and child and chronic patients including HIV/AIDS/TB AND STI collaboration on a daily basis, I am a dedicated employee willing to always learn, educate and improve myself , I always strive to be up-to-date with current events and updates concerning patient care, I am very passionate about patient care, especially when it comes to HIV/AIDS and TB collaboration , every week we hold a meeting to give each other report about new developments and updates about patient care and we discuss the issues related to those reports. I would like to be given an opportunity to grow and improve myself by working with new people in different environment and face new challenges and help provide the solutions for those challenges and improve patients quality of life. When there was no pre-retrival of files the previous day I treat everyone with respect and assist where I can To be kind and patient as we are not the same Inter-acting with patients and giving them 1st class service Each day has it's challenge so I wouldn't say there's any aspect it depends on who you dealing with

Good Company
As an experienced Receptionist/PA I was responsible for answering telephone and conveying of the message,typing documents,Receiving of visitors,dealing with incoming emails,faxes etc.Department of Health was a enjoyable working station including my former colleagues ,we always worked as team like in my free time I was willing to help the manager with additional task and I was flexible with cover if necessary.Sometimes I would face challenge s like Meeting annoying clients but I was able to handle them instead of arguing with them I would firstly listen to their problem patiently and try to bring resolution to their problem if I can, otherwise see the manager. I required a skills like time management,basic of computer,team building and etc..

Excellent
It's very educational working with different people and having a good relationship with my colleagues helps in doing my job as required and even more ,helping clients in making the right decisions regarding their life have learnt not to judge or discriminate.I enjoy the most when client comes with question for clarifications it shows they want to do what's right for them and not missing their appointments.The most challenging part it's when dealing with clients who are in denial have to be always patient to them and do more counseling sessions so that they can end up understanding their situations and accepting their statuses through their families support and ours too.

Going extra mile on My work
Initiation of Art client for 4 years now, Nirmart trained, monitoring Art /Tb Co infected clients and managing program follow up on defaulters and early missed and late missed ,h\e on adherence and compliance, monitoring of side effects and adverse effects also disclose to assist children and teenagers with parents to be done. Tier net as well. PICT as well to be done on dairly bases. Re initiation on defaulters. Monitoring of Viral load and change of regimen on treatment failure, also taking bloods according to there needs following guidelines and assigned results. _work hand in hand with data capture, teamwork

Not entirely busy
The working environment is quite toxic people turn to forget they are there to work as employees not to gossip. Patient care is excellent but the hours to take lunch overlap with the required BATHO PELE principles implemented as per institution. Medical Radiographic imaging could be utilized to it’s optimal potential however the management of the institution is quite backdated.
