Good learning curve.

The company actually has more exposure of the ICT project management and infrastructures. Although It focuses more on management than the infrastructure itself ,there's a lot of experience I didn't know that I've acquired so far and it is quite interesting as it has also enhanced my knowledge in the industry, if which I didn't have before.

Pros: great opportunity for project management.
Cons: meeting deadlines

The typing of documents is different from other departments.

Its all about admin work. I work mostly with managers of different departments in the unit. I send documents to the higher hq. The typing of documents is very differrent from the outside world. We mostly focus on army things. I enjoy travel with my boss when she attends meetings in other provinces or when she is invited to different occassions i drive her. The only challenges that i have is that the managers sometimes forget that im not a soldier though im in the military institution they want to treat me like a soldier.

Pros: its so discouraging when it comes to promotions. u can even take 12 yeats at the same level. we as the psap mrmbets they tend to forget about us
Cons: fortunately on this i only work strictly 8hours
