Excellent learning curve

Business unusual Long hours Get along with mostly everyone I’ve learnt allot from strategic ideation, project management, client services, event and project management and execution. Eventing (building and running projects from beginning to end as well as retaining and growing them is what I love most. Just being able to work on things that matter and have a great impact on society “disrupt” The biggest challenges is space for growth is limited as your doing the same thing just on different accounts and projects also just the typical agency culture can be a challenge all I can say is you need to be thick skinned as it’s a very cut throat environment.

Great exposure and experience

It is a great company giving exposure to brands but no growing opportunities. My time there has been filled with many ups and downs but has also been exciting.
