My own experiences and input.

I'm a go getter, self motivated, hands on, always punctual, have great peoples skills, absolutely honest trust worthy. If i work for a company I'm always dedicated and even prepared to work after hours without pay. I do my job to the best of my ability. I'd rather work for a bigger corporation, there are no standards as such in smaller companies.I enjoy my job, visiting clients, interacting with clients, meeting new people every day. Its a bit disappointing when you do your best and you not given that recognition.

Pros: Some good perks, some good people.
Cons: Very long working hours at times, not given recognition.

None i wasnt given the chance because my manager was intimidated by my skills and diversity.
