Excellent learning

I am currently working at DMJ Transport as an Assistant for our Human Resource Department and assisting in Call center as a customer service agent. I was also working at City of Cape Town as an customer care consultant for 3months. I have a Diploma in Public management which I graduated for it at Walter Sisulu University, I am a hardworking person, dedicated person, innovative, energetic and vibrant. I would really appreciate it if I can hear from your company. I have the 3ds in life. Direction, Dedicated and discipline. I was a fieldworker at soul city. I am committed to what I do, flexible, willing to learn new skills and acquire new knowledge. I also have a skill in Creative problem solving I am able to work in a team and flexible. I am willing to relocate at my own cost.

Hungry to learn more experience

My typical work day per day is to capture all the incomes and expenditure check the emails and reply, go at front and be a ticket agent ,capture invoices doing payroll for the drives every week be a hostess in the bus and collect tickets. My relationship with my workers is very good because we are one time we working together as a team and we communicating . I am enjoying my work because I am leaning a lot and I am hungry for more experience. Most challenging aspects of the job is high degree of patience and tolerance time management skills and self motivated.

Good communications and sense of ambitious

My typical work per is to capture all the incomes and expenditures from different places, check emails and answer telephone while my other co workers are busy.Relationship with my co workers is very good we working as team members and we support each other .I have learnt a lot because its my first job and i am enjoying and i love my job.

Hungry to learn more experience

A typical work a day I firstly check emails and reply, capturing incomes and expenditure ,answering the phone. Relationship with my co workers is very good because we have a good communication and we support each other. What I learnt most is to be yourself and do work according your manager wants you to do.

Pros: Ability to build outstanding relationships. Good client servicing skills being able to various personalities.
Cons: Positive attitude ,hard worker ,accuracy ,disciplined and strong numerical skills.
