Learning curve and growth

The company with a lot of vibrant staff. We work in a target driven environment so we always have to come up with innovative ways to reach our targets. we have different divisions of collections and yearly we get swapped around to allow to learn product knowledge across the divisions, one has to learn to adapt and learn fast. I enjoy working with people (my team) and co- workers. Since we work in team environment i have learnt that a team can only be successful only if everyone play their role in it. We share ideas and motivate each other. The most challenging part about the job is having to make make everyone happy. In a big team with 22 agents not everyone is happy with certain decisions that management has to take. another difficult part of my job is the reaching of targets, more especially considering the state of our economy.

Excellent work

consult clients to make payment arrangement, make target allocated for the month. co-workers friendly focused on work Business and make more profit for the company I enjoy to make commission speaking to clients who always listen and want to upgrade their personal profile and and good score To make customers to pay but I do it and I get commission top in my team I work hard.

Excellent learning curve

The company has thought me a lot and i enjoyed the industry. I was involved in a lot of projects and was exposed to the different positions within the company

Good working environment except for being stagnant

DMC is a great company for schools leavers and also give people an opportunity to gain experience as it doesn't require any experience when they hire you.

Pros: I was stagnant but changing divisions which helped to learn different things

Good experience by dealing with people who survive in our economy and tackle responsibility

Dmc is a debt collection company where we are divided into teams and have a set target, depending on the division you are based. importance of teamwork covers barriers such as language and communication

Excellent work environment

DMC is an awesome company to work for and you are provided with so many opportunities to learn and grow yourself. i STARTED WORKING FOR THIS COMPANY AT A VERY YOUNG AGE BUT WAS GUIDED AND PROVIDED WITH MANY OPPORTUNITITES TO IMPROVE MYSELF AND TO CLIME THE LADDER.

Good communication with clients&how to be compliant every time.

My shift start 1 o clock in the afternoon ends by 7 o clock in the evening.We work as a team,I am a team player.I have learnt how to speak&assist clients with their problems.I enjoy interacting with clients.The most challenging aspects are the targets because days are not the same.

I have learnt to think out of the box and be able to adapt to changes

working here has been a learning curve but I feel as though there was no room for growth i needed change a new challenge. something in the line of my studies

From Commissioning officer to technician to site foreman with in 6 months

I am the link between the customer and my Company I have to keep the machines under my supervision running at a target of at least 85% on a daily basis of 24 hours 365 days a year. I did start work here for only one month as a Commissioning officer then became one of the technicians and then on the 1 Nov 2016 became the site foreman.The only negative is this work is on contract from month to month and at present the mine is not doing well.The Customer is Gem Diamonds in the CKGR in Botswana.

Pros: Small company good promotion opportunities as long as the contracts is coming in
Cons: contract and 16 hour drive to work place some distance through the desert
