The most challenging part is dealing with customers who have rather negative attitude and you have to remain calm and positive and confident. I have learned to tolerate different kinds of people and their behaviors.

Pros: Actually none at all have I seen opportunities to grow other than knowledge gain.
Cons: 22 hours a month
