Throughout my working carreers I have been promoted five times respectively due to oppertunities given by the company for further studies. Every day was challenging as the production plan provided to the factory has to be executed timeously to ensure customer satisfaction. I managed a work force of 6 people and got along quit well. As senior I would apply yearly to our Human Resource Department for skills development for this team in becoming well trained. What I have learnt are : Effective planning vs manufacturing processes Setup Jod Descriptions Writing procedures Health & Safety I enjoyed most due to effective planning On Time and In Full deliveries to our customers. The most challenging aspects of the job were when I have to investigate stock control lossers, fraud etc.

Pros: The pros were a market related salary and great oppertunities for promotions.
Cons: The cons were that Nampak has sold most of their sites and retrenched people.
