Good for learning and experience

Working at Diversey is very good for gaining experience, Diversey placed me as a technician in SAB Port Elizabeth to give my services to the brewery by treating their water for the following equipment's : Pasteurizers, Boilers and Cooling towers. The challenge is dealing with the customer complaints on daily basis which is not a problem at all for me because of the help I have from my senior the account manager, I have a very good relationship with my account manager he has taught me how to deal with the customer and also how to keep the customer happy at all times. The most exciting thing about working for Diversey whenever you are facing problems at work (site) you will not deal with the problem alone the whole team of diversey will help on how to solve the problem.

Work ethic

I do titrations fir both bottle washer and crate washer to ensure the desired strengths are met for efficient washing. I interact with the brewery team leader as well as operators sometimes with the lab quality personnel to verify other results. I also do a drag test on the conveyor ls to ensure smooth sailing of the bottles. I also interact with process artisans to make necessary changes to other sections. I've learnt to operate most of their machines during my spare time. You can never learn enough.

Great working experience

Everyday is a learning curve. I currently have good relationship with my colleagues. I have learnt to treat each and every employee with respect,since we work as a team. I enjoy being bias for action and taking initiative every single day. The most challenging aspects is deal with the customer that can be very demanding in most cases.

Great opportunities

Excellent learning curve

It's a great experience working there, I work as a team wit my colleagues, I've learned so much in the company and gain confidence as well, the challenges I had was not finding treatment so okay, but you learn that Its always a good thing to have good attitude towards everything even though its negative.

Great Learning Curve

I have a great relationship wit my co-workers. We work well as a team. Over the years have have learnt how to deal with different characters. I enjoyed the challenges that came with my work and learning new things.

I am very good in technical skills and i am good in learning.

I have work as site technician who is leading 8 operator to complete the daily task for the customer and the company.I complete the reports for the benefit of tracking the loss and the cost.I help the customer to save in some other side and stick to the contract goal which is running the race them in hard times and good times.I believe in communication because it's direct the team work to the good decisions.I learnt that communication is the good way to achieve the goal and give the direct positive results.I enjoyed to be part of the teams because i believe the teams brings positive results because of working together for the success of the company/business.My most challenging aspects of my job is to work with unhappy people .

Great Place to work at

Working for Diversey has been an amazing journey. You learn quiet a lot. The Co-workers are just a bunch of great people. Lots of great opportunities even abroad. Nice insensitive's aswell.
