No development and growth

I am working on two production lines.I do maintenance and repairs,equipment set ups,breakdowns,and standing in for the production controller on their absence.

Pros: No room for development and growth
Cons: Long working hours

Thank you for looking at my application. I take pride in my work. I work methodically, am a hard worker and handle pressure well. I'm healthy, have my own transport and am a loyal employee. Respect for others is very important for good relationships internal an externally. Hope to hear from you soon.

Pros: Always wanting to learn and work smarter rather than faster. Take responsibility for my work.
Cons: Do not like micro management but can handle it.
