Working at Discovery has always been a pleasure as I enjoyed my occupation and the field I ventured into. A typical working day would be very tiring and stressful however I always saw success as I worked smart and consistent. I am a people's person and feel that team building is the best way to success in a company. I have learnt that hard work, determination, a good attitude and respect you can achiever anything. I enjoy the different avenues to grow as well as the hard work and dedication it takes. I enjoy the benefits of fellow employees who are always willing to lend a helping hand. The most challenging part of my job was watching other's give up when in pressure. However I always have been a good mentor in helping people with different personalities and characteristics move pass every obstacle.

Pressure brought out the best in me
My Current role was challenging and still is. I learn how to be pro-active and be rather 10 steps ahead of my clients to please my clients. Due to those skills obtain my role became rather interesting.
Pros: It is rather impossible to please other people. yet one has to find a way to do so for business sake and to keep the peace. Irrelevent escalations just to cause problems. Some client make it a habbit to make peoples work rather difficult.
Cons: Clients and management that recognise one's hard work encourages and motivates.

Working underpressure got out the best in me as well as working with people.
In my current role I work with financial advisers and pa. Administering they business through discovery processes. This role has though me peoples skills, to be pro-active and to rather 10 steps ahead of the clients and processes. It has been a great experience working in my current role. Since you come across different situation through the day.
Pros: escalations are rather dimotivating to some extent.
Cons: relationships built throughout the process.

Excellent Learning curve
Working in the world of finance can be very competitive, however in an environment as such i am a very competitive, driven and consistent worker. I am always seen as a people's person and team builder. In my past year working for Discovery i have learnt to adapt to various working conditions and personalities ,which i have done quiet well. I have achieved every target given to me and have been well rewarded for them i enjoy the excitement of accomplishing every weekly goal and the learning opportunity it comes with. I have learnt that working together is the best way to achieve goals and the promotions and targets of a company. My job has not been challenging as i have learnt to take bad situations and turn them around for the better.

the relationships built made me enjoy my work and what my role thought me. the skills obtained during the years. My role prepared me for any other challenging role out there. I can now work and manage well under pressure and are pro-active.

My current role is challenging
My current role is a challenge and requires one to be pro-active at all times. I have learned a lot in terms of improving my communication skills and peoples skills. Each day brings new challenges. We basically build relationships with our franchises and that on it's own makes work rather enjoyable.

I have learned a lot from my currently role and are still learning. I have learned how to be pro-active and how to manage under pressure. My peoples skills have improved rather greatly. The most I enjoy is the relationships built along the years with my clients and colleagues.
