it was a good company with good management even the members where working hard to take company to the good level and position.we where working night-shift and day-shift, for night-shift it was 11 hours and day-shift 8 hours.The rating where different because of different position in side the wearhouse. To those who are interested they can go and drop their CV at midrand next to mall and taxi rank.The most challenging aspect of this company if they find you sleeping or eating during the working hours they fire you immediatly.i enjoy working there because they were giving some food.i learn to love people and your leardership so that you can make your work easy, i was having good relationship with my co-workers.
Pros: working at Dis-chem it was not that easy because first you have to write a test so that you may qualify for the job.
Cons: working hours was so good compared to other company beacuse day-shift was working 8 hours and night-shift 11 hours .

I was working in dispatch wraping and sorting stock and also doing house keeping
I was working in dispatch wraping and sorting stock and also doing house keeping I was a conveyer taking boxes putting them according to the names of mall that were on the conveyer we pack the boxes on pallets making sure that it is well packed, after that we put the pallet people who scan will fetch it and scan it.

A solid begining
My current position as a retail pharmacist has helped me to convert all the theoretical information that my B.Pharm degree has taught me in to practical knowledge. The time that I spent there has taught me all the necessary skills that I need as a pharmacist. Retail is a very dynamic environment where you need to be able to adapt to various situations and be able be cope under pressure. The fact that I constantly work with patients taught me excellent people skills. I have also learned how to work well in a team and can easily take lead when required. As a pharmacist, I constantly need to help with guidance for my co-workers as they help patients. The part of my job as a pharmacist that I enjoy the most is having the ability to help people and to improve their health. For me a challenging aspect of my job is the limiting nature of retail.

I am a hard work and Fast to chatch up
I work as an order picker and packer and I am a hard work and fast learner and I work 12 hours in a day so that I try to find other jobs opportunity that I can achive my goal of life and when I get that opportunity I expect a salary from 8000 and above
Pros: I am a shift work of six to six and I am a brave person and I am wiling to work any kind of job

Stable working environment keeping you busy with different interesting cases
A typical day at the office will be seeing different clients for different services. I do anything from immunisations, general checks, Hiv counselling and testing., video consultations with the doctor via skype., family planning, emergencies and referral to different systems of care. We do vitamin infusions, draw bloods, papsmears and the odd emergency cases. I have learned about time management, stock controland working with staff in the vitamin and baby isles to ggive advise on what products are best to ise. I enjoy working with all walks of life and that it is not always the same services that can make work boring. The most challenging aspect was bad comminicatio between managers and staff on new services to be rendered.

Excellent
Challenge work Commi have learnt to communicate well with different types of people. Cash flowi have learnt to communicate with different types of people. Being patient all the time, respect my colleagues and my superiors. Learnt to work with time, avoid negative Talks, appreciate each and every amount I receive because it's the one that keeps me going in life. One more important thing is to keep pushing and hustling to gain more experience in advanceunication skills Patience
