Senior trainer and Recruiter.

working for the current company has been a great learning curve for me. this is where I have gained most of my experience. working with new training groups teaching candidates everything about insurance and different products and sales and soft skills is what I love and enjoy everyday. Being responsible for my own admin has thought me to become a very responsible person. working with existing agents has better my people skills and my ability to work with people with different needs and different backgrounds. I enjoy my job very much as a role as trainer is unique because I'm also responsible for recruiting on a daily bases. I have learnt over the years to develop some of my own training material to assist my agents and because being the product specialist for specific products made me more responsible for the growth of the company and the agents.

Excellent learning curve

I always cant wait to wake-up and go to work as my job entails working with people that's what I enjoy most. My relationship with co-workers is great as we work as a team and assist each other in some difficult queries. I have learned that for the customer needs comes first and they are always right, to be able to assist the customers in a way that the solution brings positivity for the company and my profile. The atmosphere, laughter and challenges you get everyday they keep you motivated always. Challenges you face when you can not be able to provide the customer with positive feedback and having to deal with an angry customer.

Excellent learning curve in insurance sales

I'm a sales agent who sells all different type of insurances to existing edgars and jet clients on a daily basis. I have a great relationship with my co-workers who are always ready to assist or be assisted. I've learned how to handle difficult customers and still persuade them to take our products. Most challenging aspect of my job is to get past customers who are very upset and angry for being called by different agents in the building.

Pros: Good salary and good campaign to work on
Cons: There are long shifts which we work which take a toll on a person

I have learnt to handle different kind of client and how to close them and keep clients happy

-My day at work i am using it to learn more communication skills -I have a good relationship with my co-workers because we work as a team - I learnt to work under pressure and adding more value to my communication skills - I enjoy working hard to make sure i become an asset in the company -the most challenging aspect of the job is when i speak to clients who have recently lost their loved ones

Pros: Promotion depends on your performance but received promotion 2 times
Cons: I work 10 hours

It has been a learning experience

I have learnt to be adaptive, versatile and how to deal with people There is a mutual working relationship within the company and everyone respects one another. On a normal typical day we face different challenges and it is those challenges that makes us stronger There a long days which are very straining physically and mentally as the job requires more mental work

Open to greater opportunities and challenge

Good company where you are given an opportunity to learn new things everyday. you get to interact with different characters and cultures. it is homely and friendly environment to work in. You get so busy that you forget your home issues if you had any.

Introduction to the call centre industry via leadership.

New and different industry from my achieved qualification.however with some similarities to my 1st job as a Customer service agent. From demanding shift work to regular 8am-6pm weekdays working hours; International Airport to the corporate call centre environment; Meeting new faces daily to seeing same faces allowed a sense of family atmosphere. Learnt more about the financial service products, and enjoyed assisting customers with their queries but mostly the commission made from the insurance products sales-when a customer wanted to upgrade their plans or take up a new one. As a data capture found difficulty to complete work in time due to system applications malfunctioning.

Pros: Great opportunity to make money
Cons: Demanding target requirements to meet commission.
