I have learned to work heart and deciplined..eorking as a team and pationate in what i do

i worked as mechandiser,sometimes with paper work,,and data capturing. I have 3 and 10 months work experience.i am hard working person,great communicator and ambitious,energetic as well.i have matric and computer level 2. I am a fast learner and my dream it to become be a manager.

Extremely dynamic working conditions

Diplomat is responsible for the delivery, merchandising, warehousing and sales in to the informal market. My responsibility includes infield training and coaching of six sales consultants on a daily basis. I am also responsible for the distributor stock order and to ensure the growth of key accounts that assist the distributor to grow sales and distribution.

Pros: The company promote from within.
Cons: The extremely high crime rate makes it very difficult to work effectively sometime.

Integrity Team spirit Passion for winning Self discipline, these are values that we use in our daily activities at work. We work under a lot of pressure and must perform to the best of our abilities. Caring for our customers and their needs are important as they are not only our customers but the future of our businesses. Creating a good customer relationship is very important as the relationship must continue too grow. Sales, pushing daily for every last cent is expected as this can determine whether you make or don’t make your target. Making sure you achieve all kpi’s to grow not only in sales but also in your position and the business.

Good learning experience

I'm correctly in Sales and Marketing. I work alone and I execute in Tier2 and Tier3. I enjoy new challenges about my work because I have to come with new strategies of execution. At the work place I have excellent relationship with everyone in every department.

Excellence

I have alot from my manager and i am hard worker and very self diciplined and i have learned alot about being patient and what i enjoy the most is after reaching our targets my manager he will take us out for a golf and my relationship with my co workers is good and we are working as a team and be there for one another and support each other when we have problems and even if its work related we help each other!
