I have put tp pratice what i have learnt

I have joined this company in 2014, its been a nice experience, 2 and a half year managing people and upskilling people. My fellow co workers used to look for me for help and assistance which made me feel good,i had a excellent relationship with my co workers,I have learnt that i need to listen to one rather than run my jaws, also i jave learnt that couching an individual is better than just looking to taking corrective action,when i joined this company i never dealt with a certain supplier it took me a month to master the concept,procedures and the rules of maintaing a healty relationship with that supplier. I enjoy managing people,putting up displays, speaking to and understanding retailers. Most challenging,is to attend to a store issue when there is no merchandiser and the company does not want to have a relief person as a back up due to saving cost, but i never leave the customer unsatsified.

Pros: great for promotion
Cons: lots of travel throught the country.

Experience and learning curve

Diplomat SA is a reputable multi cultural company with a very good product basket to work with it feels like family and they treat their employees well and I love my everyday job and the challenges that I take on daily with different customers, my five years with the company has told me a lot from dealing to being responsible for spends making sure that I spend sparingly with my customers. What I enjoy most is when I seat with my client to do orders daily and making sure I don't leave their store without making an impact. The most challenging put of my work is when my smaller customer need the same benefit as my bigger customers were as they are unable to push more volume.

Pros: opportunity to grow within the structures of the organisation
Cons: putting extra effort on every project whether big or small.

Great opportunities, learning and training

Dealing with different customers on a daily basis, learning their behaviours and how to deal with them. Learning new things on the trade such as the competitor how they do to achieve their targets and winning customer base. Keeping the client and customers happy by giving them what they need in time and make sure they are happy. Keep the clients happy by delivering their stock in time. Make sure the stock is delivered in time and the rotation is done and returns are taken out of the store. Always make sure their displays are visible and eye catching to the customers.

Excellent growth

A busy enviroment where you deal with diferent types of race,cultures,languages,and customers.A braod wide range of png products e.g pamper,duracell batteries and modeliz products e.g chocolate lunch bar. The drive to push sales and reach target while introducing and pushing your sales skills to cutomer which dont know and understand the product range for it is an informal areas where people dont want to buy quality but prefer generics instead of the original because of money.working indepandantly and merchandising and pricing to over a thousand store which must be maintained weekly.keeping a strong solid relationship to over a thousand stores locally and making the trust and brand loyalty stronger as you go.reporting to your supervisor daily and money handling and cashups.Trade visits every month to update the companies clients to the areas you call on.

Exposure

Am a young person with a lot of potential believed in team spirit and driven by customer orientation ego to lean and beyond expectations not afraid of a challenges and change I believes in policy and processes I have a range of skills and knowledge in Logistics and Supply management, Road transport and WMS.i have worked in various companies exposed in various inhouse systems SAP and Cargowise to mention few have an understanding of geographical knowledge of antire Gauteng and Inland areas.communicate openetly and efficiently.ability to analyze data compile investigation reports.have enhances my education at Oxbridge Academy obtain certificate in Logistics and Supply management.Freight forwarding certificate and a computer certificate enrollment at Megabro. I wish to be granted an opportunity to groom my skill and knowledge further.

Cons: Able to handle pressure very well.

Excellent growth oppoturnities

Im looking for a different angle that will develop my knowledge and experience to help me grow in the sales department industry. I have learned how to compete and achieve my goals which includes on reaching my monthly target and building a great relationship with my customers

Excellent experience

Diplomat distributors is a nice company to work with, is giving everyone an opportunity to grow and being more experienced than the others. We always work as a team to achieve our monthly targets, daily target and year target. When we have trade visit we make sure that we put more effort to our work so that we can excel on it.

Up and Coming Industry Leader

*work hard, play hard mentality *good space to work and learn *good support from senior employees and management *most challenging aspect being a lot of new processes and new mechanics as the company is still in it's infancy stage.

Good company learned so much about fmcg

When I joined diplomat I didn't know anything FMCG trade but the company through their workshop they made me best sales representative ever.I'm able to motivate my colleagues and make them take pride in their work.its unfortunate we need new challenges as sales rep to test our potential it's why I'm looking for new challenges.and I see this position I've just applied for beinow exactly what I needed to see if I can spread my wings and try new trade

Excellent laerning Opportunities

Long hours offering sales support to Reps, Kams, Sales managers, Sales Administrators, working through hundreds of orders making sure there's sufficient stock to release. I am a Team player, very diverse Team. I learnt a lot about the FMCG industry in both Tier 2 & Tier 3
