Logistic Administrator

I'm a 32 year old young lady been in the Administrative filled for more than 6 years now and enjoying my tastes, also willing to learn and grow more. i have been to this position and learned a lot from different people most been working with Coordinator where i will be loading orders that are ready to be shipped, what i enjoy most on my Job is that i liaise with people and that is part of team work.

LOGISTICS ADMINISTRATOR Overview Supply Chain Services (SCS) is the procurement and logistics operational division of Dimension Data. SCS advises, executes and project manages on global deals for some of Dimension Data’s multinational client base. SCS also acts as the outsource supply chain partner to the Dimension Data MEA region acting as their procurement and logistics team for their operational requirements. Responsibilities Managing queries on internal Clients, Loading orders on Track and share point, working closely with our freight forwarders (to obtain and update import order information) and monitoring local imports. Current Projects • General Administration • Management & Control of Costing Data Base • Support & Assistance to internal clients. • Loading orders on Track & SharePoint

I’m Nomvuyiso Fiyani, vibrant young female. I’m currently holding a Diploma in Information Technology, Completed at Varsity College in 2004. During my well-rounded education, I gained valuable knowledge and profound interest in the field of information systems, business analysis and information technology. My strong interpersonal communication skills and leadership skills were further developed by my involvement in the group studies, work and extra mural activities. I consider myself as a hard and dedicated worker, always open to new challenges and also be able to work under pressure. Excellent work ethic

Dimension Data is a good place to learn and expand your knowledge set but is not feasible in terms of making a comfortable living for yourself and your family. The challenges we face on a daily basis requires extreme composure and self belief to create a well oiled machine. Your job isn't limited to your job title you can find yourself doing many different requirements that is out of the scope of your job descriptions. From 1st line support to being able to troubleshoot at a tier 2 level and have knowledge to troubleshoot a network related issue before escalating it to the necassary engineers. Understanding how servers work and how all the department liase to make sure excellent customer satisfaction is reached.
