Great company with amazing employees
I work at the reverse logistics warehouse and everyday is chaotic(busy). It's a great challenge both mentally and physically as you have to remain on your toes. We receive and dispatch customer orders so everything has to be done thoroughly as we are dealing with customers who have put their trust in us. There's very little room for error but it is understandable that other things are beyond and mistakes happen. My co-workers are friendly people who are always willing to help but at first that wasn't the case. Seeing as I was new people were a bit cold or maybe busy. There's always activities to try to keep the morale up. I appreciate the opportunity but I feel like there's more out there and I cannot wait to grab it with both hands.
Pros: Company requires skills more than qualifications. It gives everyone ample room for growth in any department where your skills will be mostly required.
Cons: Doing daily routines that can be limiting.

Excellent work ethic,hard worker and a fast learner
I have a good working relationships with co-workers we believe in team work in most cases and i have learnt to have patient and vigilant and my job is always challenging as i get to learn more things and i enjoy my work environment and also the culture.

Growth opportunities exceptional.
I interact a lot with coworkers in the company including our warehouse. I know everyone by name since I coordinate all our onboarding processes and I get to spend three days with them and take them through our company culture. I have learnt how to treat customers better and when I refer to a customer I include my coworkers as well. Problem solving skill has become my trade and also better at handling conflict. I enjoy the culture it is free spirited, the true definition of Ubuntu is shown in this company. One can never please everybody but as long as one tires that is more than enough, you become better equipped in coming with way much more effective and a common ground for people.
Pros: Each day comes with it's own challenge. How you face it is entirely up to you. But pride yourself.

Great experience and lots of learning
I am a hard working individual who lives by learning and experience new things every day. I have been working as a team coach for 2 years now and being a leader has become one of my favorite things to do as I get to engage with different personalities every day and learning how to improve motivation and growth of a company. Maintaining and monitoring the companies service levels by making sure that calls are answered within 20 seconds and averaging 80% SLA every day. Keeping track of attendance and adherence making sure that everyone is on time and not exceeding and their given breaks. My biggest successes in life so far are getting a low performing team into one of the leading desk f our contact center.
Pros: Moving up the rank and being a perfect example for hard work.
Cons: Willing to work shifts and weekends as well as holidays

Excellent learning curve
A typical work day is my Fridays, my Fridays at work are very busy as im excited its Friday. I have a great relationship with the people i work with. Everyone loves my personality and we are a great team. I have learnt the call center system and technical experience, I enjoy the fun and competitions we have. A busy day is the most challenging for me as i get frustrated , much more if the team is not complete.

Excellent learning curve
The culture is great but salary is bad. There is a lot happening that concerns salaries. Working conditions are ok Monday- Friday from 8am-5pm. Co-workers are very nice but do not trust anyone as others can not be trusted. I have a learnt a lot on to handle customers and sending mails. How to handle escalation.

This experience made me aware of what I am capable of
Very high pressure environment due to client individual needs on a day to day basis. I had an excellent team to work with, we learn allot from each other every day. My relationship with my co-workers was good. Every environment will always have their challenges due to individual needs and problems. The challenge is to find there balance so that it does not affect their work and home challenges. We fulfilled B to C clients requirements and you are always learning as their requirements are always changing due to new projects and trying to increase their client base. SOP changes are always required in relation to risk assessments. I have always enjoyed guiding people to better their career and their lives. It makes the working environment better for everyone and increases their productivity. A huge part of being a manager is to treat everyone equally. You get a few people in the environment that do not live up to their potential due to their attitude. These people can infect the rest of your team.

Fun atmosphere. Great learning curve
I did recruitment. Screening CVs and conducting telephonic interviews. Booked in candidates for panel interviews. Admin. I created employee folders. Scanned documents, collected missing documents.
