Excellent learning curve
Prioritize what to be done first Have god communication skills and assisting and sharing knowledge with team members Sharing emotions and being able to pick up if one needs more training on spefic area When embarking on project and manage to achieve the deadlines The challenging aspect is when Senior Executives suppress theoretical suggestions raised by employees against pratical implimentation. No bonuses provide

I work very hard, I really give my all in what I do.
The company that I work at it is a great company your learn a lot for every one at different levels. I learn how to communicate, the different systems that you can use how to track vehicles on route how logistics works and so on. I've got a great relations with each of my team members and they are willing to go the mile to learn you what goes for what and what you need to do. The most challenging aspects of my work are working with clients they can be rude sometimes but I handle them with respect and that every task that I can day by day.

Lacking management
The company seems to be content in making the hard working people work to death and let those that barely apply themselves slide by, with no incentive for those that work hard or what the company considers super stars. Day to day management lacking.

Never a dull day at the office
A typical day would be ensuring our fundamentals of our business is always achieved, I love my coworkers (crazy bunch lol) who I enjoy working with. I've learnt how the demanding the largest fast food franchises in the world are, no offense to them however it is a very fragile industry that requires constant care from every area considerable. Most challenging aspects is the integrity of food product and ensuring staff are aware the implications of what can happen should we not adhere and exceed industry requirementsA typical day would be ensuring our fundamentals of our business is always achieved, I love my coworkers working with. Warehouse operations excellence
I am. Si am about logistics and have served in the field for more than 10 years with vast experience ranging from inbound receipt of goods and services to internal stock management and up to including outbound despatching of inventory to customers at a right quality and price .

I a very humble person and love learning new things.
My typical day I check my emails and then finish off wht I needed to do the previous day. I have a very strong relationship with my co - workers. I have learnt to work as a team and want to know wht my other colleagues do. I enjoying dealing with people and helping where ever. the most challenging aspects is when a manager is late with training requests and does not want his or her team to attend
