Working at digicall can be hard and challenging sometimes you deal with different people or calls everyday. My relationship with my co-workers its good because they are supportive. And being a call Centre agent has to taught to be very patient and to pay attention to every detail and what I enjoy the most is helping people(my callers)

I ma an easy going,fun and bubbly person that enjoys working with people,I am easily approachable and enjoy working with a team,Through out the years working as a customer service agent I have learned to work under pressure,and dealing with different customers and attitudes.I enjoy working for a company that puts employees as priority,because I believe that a happy employee delivers the best service to clients

Excellent learning curve

I love working with colleagues and respect is the most important thing to me. I respect others. I enjoy working as a team, ive learnt so many things from colleagues management and i always make sure that we meet daily service level

Working in the cooperate world is challenging at times cause one will never know how a client is on that day. It is up to you as an individual on how you have to handle them. An obstacles is a challenge an individual has to face on a day to day base, its up to you to overcome that especially on a busy day.

Leaning how to deal with invoice and claim numbers queries. managing a team

I'am a hard worker, I enjoy interacting with people. I am a good organizer and work well under pressure. I like learning new thing that will grow my knowledge and motivating other people as well.

Manners, good communication skills

Working in my company is challenging and exciting everyday because we deal with different client. My co-workers always assist when there something to be attended and have no idea. I've learnt to work in a group and communicate all the time , it's like sharing ideas to avoid mistake that could cost money from the company

Where i work is a 24 Hour call centre and where by there will be +- 300 calls to handle a day,each day is a new day, new clients,new temper. The challenge where i work is each and every call is a different client with a different emotion or obstacle.
