Good learning experience in the current company
Hi my name is Rodger Bila iam 46 years of age iam a diesel mechanic by profession working on earth moving equipment doing maintenance and fix hydroulic , fault findings, carry out services,for 10 years now and acting as tracks machine foreman i have a good experience on excavators, dozers, and dump tracks as well please take me as your asset to your company.

The drive to succeeed
I'm responsible for inspections and tagging of all heavy mobile equipment, I'm also responsible for brake testing. I do weekly maintenance scheduled and monthly shut offs. I inspect ground engaging tools for wear and life span and plan for maintenance and repairs. Assist with general breakdowns at the workshop.

I m good in troubleshooting, dignosting and removing and installing as well.replacing component.doing standby , call outs .troubleshooting on engines, hydraulics and work on different machines and well trained and compited

Learning and challenged
The company is a good company with a good working env environment it is a safe company to work for the company is currently a growing company that still building to get to the top the company still needs resources and still needs a to improve on certain things and grow its employees more training should be granted and list and listen to the needs of their employees provide with necessary equipment and material be honest and fair to employees and be a team
