Excellent learn curve, very good for a start.Great exposure for different customer's requirement as we are a co-packer for big companies like Unilever, Nestle and Nando's.

Costing clerk

My company it's a very nice place to work for, but the problem there is no room to grow, I'm person who likes to learn and grow, good relationship with Co worker's I came there not knowing anything about production, but my years with them thought a lot about production, how to plan for production, analysing input and output, understanding the waste of material where it comes from, how can it be prevented. And how to safe cost on material uasge, labor, etc. How to run production reports and report to customers, keeping customer happy.

Pros: No great opportunities
Cons: No long hours, if you have understanding of what you are doing and you push yourself, no need to work long hours

You can also have an opportunity to apply for positions inside, like i started as general work and only last for six weeks as general work to become a data capture since I hold National N Diploma in Financial Management

Good leader

I am a hard working individual who can manage a team of 6 people. I am also part of the food safety team. I work very well with my Co workers. The most difficult aspect of my job is to ensure that chemistry lab and online quality controllers paperwork or records are always up to date
