Always want to achieve.

IAlways want to achieve. I'm there before everyone and I leave last. My day consists of planning my day and then going through all the reports from the previous day and then sending reports for the new day. I then go through all my mails before having a meeting with my staff and setting targets for the new day. My relationship with the team is good and a very important aspect of the job, staff know that I am fair but have boundaries. I am target and achievements driven and have learnt that what you put in is what you get out from a personal level as well as with the staff. I love closing deals and making targets so myself and my staff can achieve the best for our families. My kids are very important to me and I push myself for them! The most challenging thing for me is to balance my own commitments and still make sure that my staff are motivated and know what they are doing and continously trained.

Pros: This is a great opportunity for me to stretch myself and use the skills that I have acquired over 22 years of sales and management

Learned to deal with diverse cultures of people and understanding the client needs

Dial a bed is a very good company.The managers and staff priorities in giving the best service to a customer and the experience, therefore retaining their customers to always remember.Whenever in need of their product to call to their stores with pride

Excellent learning curve

I have been in the sales industry for 18 years. Dial A Bed is one of the best companies I have worked for in all my years. The company is very organized and professional with everything that they do. My colleagues and I have a good understanding of each other because we know what needs to be done everyday when we get to work. I have learned that in this business of sales that you need to listen to a customer in order for you to identify their needs and the sale be ones easier... TAKE THE MONEY

Want to extend my experience broarder

I have a good relation with my co workers, I'm also a people's Person, I do not want to work on weekends. I have learnt to be patient and fix up problems without escalation. I do enjoy working with different types of cultures . Admin, I need to do my own admin and run the shop,staff,casuals etc...
