Other Information Currently in Top Management position running day to day operations of an electrical wholesale business and been in this position for the past 9years, but I have been with the company since the beginning for my working career, 19years. I have gained a lot of experience in many fields, some being electrical, boreholes, electric motors, switch gear, hardware, tools, power tools, fasteners, generators, water pumps and solar products. I am self driven, task orientated, a team player, loyal, determined, dependable and reliable. I enjoy a challenge and I am a keen hard worker, a critical thinker, I am competent and I can work under pressure. I triumph through adversity, I am intelligent, financially astute and mature. I believe I have good leadership skills. I am an experienced and innovative general manager with sophisticated sales experience, customer relation services and I have good business administrative skills.

Foundation phase
I am and ambitious man who worked for everything that I have acquired thus far. I adapt well with change and as a result I deliver above satisfactory results when called to task. I am currently working in a sales field in order to pay for my school studies to work in the engineering department. I balance school and work and do not let my personal ambitious infringe on my work. I hold a diploma in electrical engineering and have 2years working experience at Eskom. I moved into sales when I was unable to find work in engineering to keep the bills paid but I have never stopped trying to reenter the market as that is where my passion lies. My analytical mind and logical process of dealing with challenges has allowed me to be promoted 3 times in a space of 3 years at my current employer.

In Serengeti brewery part of Diageo Company has successes by serving the following responsibilities:  Supervision on quality wort production from milling, mashing, lauter, boiling, whirlpool, grain-out, setup as well as management of Cellar work minimum losses and maximize production by creativity in operations such as extract losses from 2.3hls to 1.05hls in a month.  Management on post brewing/cellar operations precisely according to the written recipe and SOP Constant communication with our head brewer/quality manager to ensure our beer meets internal quality standards apart from external competitions.  Project management and evaluation in brewery operations such as reductions of beer off fl  Manage all technicians (80 technicians) in designated operations shift and training new ones so  Take corrective action during system operational disturbance and/or bring such problems to the attention of the Operations Manager to avoid plant operation losses.

Your relationship with co-workers I have an excellent relationship with the 167 employees on site know them by name as well as a bit off their families. I keep energies high and motivate them daily - What you have learnt People are the most important Aaset in any business. The success off the performance highly depends on people and therefore they need the time in a day - What you enjoy most Breaking performance records and publishing the entire team in the monthly newsletter - The most challenging aspects of the job Is always delivering the financial benefit on a monthly basis

Room for growth.
Many nee areas to learn from. Most are willing to teach. Only con would be the lack of communicaton beteeen team memebers and some managers.con would be that you would not work most weekends and public holidays unless necessary

Excellent company with excellent benefits
A very good company to work for in terms of perks and rewards. Staff is rewarded and recognized for hard work. Due to the company's motto "keep moving" the company undergoes restructuring quite often, loosing valuable staff.
