A typical work day was to over customer enquires also to ensure that they are attended within reasonable time. My relationship with co workers was fantastic because we work as a team, I 'm open minded person with open door policy Working in Customer service for years helped me build confidence, and taught me the importance of customer loyalty. I’ve also got a track record of success The challenging part was travelling and long hours

Typical work day: Managing 3rd party transport contractor and ensuring KPI’s are met in accordance with Service level arrangement Ensuring that KPI's are met locally & regionally in line with the Customer Work Instruction and Standard Operational Procedures Ensuring pick slips(orders) that are received are all processed by close of business The relationship with co-workers was healthy and open The least enjoyed was travelling The most enjoyed was the ability to work alone and as a team. Challenging was overcoming tough deadline

I have completed the following causes NQF Level 5 System Support learnership program with Torque-IT, A+ and CCNA with CJC, I have just recently attended a cause with Torque-IT for Win 7 help desk support. - A typical work day - we are a small team and the workload does get to be too much at time. - Your relationship with co-workers - We get along like sisters. - What you have learnt - I have learned to push myself to a point of working only by memory. - What you enjoy most - I enjoy spending time looking for other ways to better myself - The most challenging aspects of the job

Excellent learning curve, exposure to other industries
Company is a busy environment of FMCG, therefore ones good health is required . work in teams whilst its a shift environment ,where a conveyer belt is the one that determines the nature of the day. a typical day can be hectic with long hours, the trick is to get things done right ant the first time The relationship with the team is quite positive they believe in me and the decision I bring on the table I have learnt to be more patient but accurate ,have detail on the eye also I've learnt to multiskill my self for in case we short staff what I enjoy most is the team spirit we have to get through the day most challenging is to the amount of work can be really overwhelming this job need someone who is strong headed a decision maker a problem solver and some tough skin. as well as someone who is goal driven.

System Related Duties: Requirements Gathering; Specification Documentation; Unit Testing; System Testing; Regression Testing; Update Test Scripts and Test Cases; Update Process Flows; monitors any SAP EWM and Manhattan WMS related issues; Manages and resolve any interface related issues between the systems; Ensures that the identified system issues are investigated and resolved timeously; responsible for warehouse optimization system called OptiSlot; Investigate any shortfall area between system and human processes. Operational Duties: Support Campus and DC Managers with daily, weekly, and monthly reports to track the client’s KPI as guided by our SLA; advise operations management on identified areas for continuous improvement; ensures successful implementation of any new project with regard to continuous improvement.
