Excellent learning facility
Working at DHL is has been good form since I have started in April. My supervisors, managers and coaches they have so good to me. The clients that I have been working with some they are good and some the have been difficult but as their assistance I was trying to keep them calm to understand how DHL ecommerce is working.
Pros: Great oportunity for promotion

Excellent working environment
DHL provides great learning oppotunities, and I will forever be greatful for that. We continuously went to on the job trainings, yearly dangerous goods recertification courses, and monthly couching and side by side. After a while it becomes like a family as we did spend more than 8 hours a day with each other and their open door policy was really great. I really enjoyed getting to know my colleague and they (DHL) encouraged us to have friendships out side of work with each other as that make communication with colleagues much easier. DHL was a really high presured environment and it required some whom pays attention to details has in insanely customer centric culture and someone dedicated and passionate about their work which I am.
Pros: great opportunities for growth if you are willing, i moved 3 times in 6 years.
Cons: The working hours were staining sometimes and we worked fro home till late in evening on the odd day even morning.

I have learned a lot in DHL Express
I started as a learner after completing my learneship I started temping for the inbound department, we dealt with incoming calls.we give customer's status and where and when will the delivery be made. We also work with customs as they give us instructions on what is required in order to clear the shipment. Collect payments for vet and duty.
Pros: great opportunity to work for one of the biggest company
Cons: telling a customer that the shipment is stopped for inspection

Good learning opportunity
I think I was over worked and underpaid. The experience and the dedication was never recognized. I was a team player and brought may I deas to the company. It was a huge and good company to learn and grom your character the opportunity to work with othes6and the motivation behind.

Growth
DHl express made me do a self evaluation. I brought it to attention to my self that there is a lot of growth in this industry so I therefore need to pick up myself by learning other departments work in my spare time and further my studies so that I can grow as an individual. The environment made it easier for me to ask and educate my self, the superiors are friendly so they accepted my kind request to help and educate myself.

Easy to adapt and quick to learn new systems
Dhl is an international courier company which have got over a million of employees and It's in 220 countries in the world. Was good working for a bug company like DHL as it gave me an opportunity to learn more things there.it gave me a chance to meet different people around Africa and Europe as we sometimes have a chance to meet them in workshops and I enjoyed working there as the employers give everyone an opportunity to learn they even give support to learn and always there's training to equip their employees. And the challenge we had we always get more quiriesfrom client but as we were trained we always give them good answers .

I like to share my knowledge with others
The position should provide as opportunity for me to expand my knowledge and expertise to my fullest potential within the company. My experience in Logistics has assisted me in learning to paying attention to details; Ability to adjust effectively with new processes and requirements. I have experience is aviation, customer service (face to face and telephonic experience), food industry experience as well as clearance experience (air, road and ocean) My fifteen years of work experiences has taught me to be confident, liaise and negotiate on all levels. It has allowed for me to have strong computer skills. Analyze and love problem solving. I have strong administration skills and able to build strong client relationships and proficiency in word and excel.

Excellent job and a way to learn new things.
The work it's a great learning curve but the people I work work with makes the days seems like a year due to the work environment no growth here and salary is Friendly and approachable

Excel learning
Dear Sir/Madam Excellent learning I have an international diploma in trade and transport logistics that include physical distribution, customs, airfreight and shipping. I have an experience as an import entry clerk from DHL express, my duties are as follows: Framing with different invoices on a daily basis and also meeting up deadlines, linking the correct data for shipments so as to avoid wrong deliveries of goods, voc's and also queries from importers, uploading documents and bill of entries to the customer. Using compurer
I'm really quickly when it comes to typing information into invoicing documents . I reach my target and sometimes exceed a mile . I enjoy team work and communicating in the working environment. I'm the best when it comes to instructions.
