Excellent learning curve

High pace selling and innovation required. there are however many obstacles in the farming industry, which can be caused by many outside factors, such as weather, water shortages, seasonality, stock shortages etc... A typical work day consists of dealing with customers, existing and new, some with great challenges. physically attending meetings and visiting customers, new and existing. price increases, budget reviews. quarterly reviews, managing staff, assuring all orders are accurately sent and adhered to, dealing with customer complaints.I have a fantsatsic reltionship with each and every individual i work with, from top management tofactory and farm workers. I have learnt most of all how to handle extremely challenging situations and very difficult client base. I enjoy the intensity of the job, the fast pace, the "never sitting down" work enviroment. The mosty challenging aspect is definetely the uncertainty of product supply due to being the fresh produce.

Pros: Learning new skills daily
Cons: currently retrencment, due to economic conditions

Just staying in there to learning

I do start the day at 4:30am and there is no time for knocking off depending on client orders of the day. Some customers under estimate the production and need more above the order. The most challenging thing is waiting time to off load as we get other supplies and equipment is not available for returning to yard for the following day orders.

Pros: It's a growing market
Cons: Too long hrs of work. Nature of food industry

Working under harsh conditions

I have been able and learned to work under harsh conditions like on the rainy day, it has also been a great experience to work with older people and other races which helped to overcome every challenge during working hours.

Pros: Great opportunity to learn new things everyday and be able to know what is needed in managing and directing.
Cons: Working overtime

Excellent learning Curve

In a typical work day, I get in at work and check my emails for any report that need to be filled in then I would collect my paper work for the previous day from the QCs in production verify every single page. Then I would go into the fridge check and the previous day stock if its still within specification then I would spend time on my computer trying to find ways to better the quality systems in our Factory!

Excellent

We work Monday to Saturday...2 weekend of in a month Salsalary is responsible...we have good relationship through we sometimes have misunderstanding...we work long hours n can be treating but we Dodecanese n work towar meeting the customers expectation. the worker even though
