I have been working as an independent consultant since leaving ABSA for the past 18 months.

I am currently running a consolidation and revamp project for liberty life Head Office. I was brought in by DEC as an independent consultant to run this project for them. I do this with a full professional team of consultants. We are about to conclude the business case to be presented to the board for a decision on the project. Prior to that, i was Head of Capital Projects for Absa/Barclays in the Africa Region.

Pros: The work involves intorducing new ways of working and a new corporate identity.
Cons: The work is dependent on the business case being approved by Liberty

Pros: The work is very interesting and cutting egde as were are designing for the introduction of a paradiphm shift interms of a workign culture
Cons: The work is depended on the business case being approved by Liberty

There position would allow me to apply the experience and skill that I have

I have been brought in by Development and Engineering Consultants (DEC), to manage the project at liberty life which entail the total revamp and redesign of those head office building. I am managing this with a full team of consultants. Before this I was the Head of Capital Projects for Absa/Barclays for the Africa Region.

Pros: an opportunity to deliver a paradigm shift through space
Cons: The project is dependent on the liberty Board approving the business case
