Excellent learning curve

I like an environment were I contribute to the growth of the company. I work well with others and I never procrastinate. I am very innovative and extremely well spoken. A typical work day for is filled with lots of challenges that improves communication skills for me and teaches me how to work under pressure. I enjoy solving problems, it gives me pleasure to know I found a solution to a difficult situation. Challenges for me is when dealing with tenants who are not understanding, but the benefit of that is I learn a lot about people.
