Excellent learning curve

The organisation i am working for is a good environment with open minded people who are willing to learn and share the information. Dealing with different people , the stakeholders of the department on a daily basis. The cooperation with my colleagues is excellent nothing beats the work together kind of people its brings better results at the end of the day I have work in all the section of finance department all i learnt a lot and i am proud to say i know the finance section by heart. What i have enjoyed most was working with the outside stakeholders dealing with different people you learn a lot of thing about your work.The most challenging aspects in my current job is where we have run out of budget and some of our suppliers are not paid that is challenge because you have to run around trying to get ways of getting funds, eg do the shifting and viaments liaise with the provincial treasurer to resolve the matter.

Excellent learning environment

I work in an Agriculture Research Station and I do electrical engineering which includes wiring of premises and electrical accessories installer, installations of AC/DC motors. Fault findings. Mechanical engineering where I do diesel mechanics and maintenance management of tractor and diesel engines Wedding and Fitting I have skills and experience in fitting and welding using a Rod . I plan and control the task given to minimise a down time. Because they work with samples that need be refrigerated and kept in a certain temperatures. It is a very interesting challenge to always fault find before a damage has been done. The plant trials as part of the research and tractors and their implements needs to be in good order as their plants in phases and dates.

Pros: You learn new technology always
Cons: There are no overtime payments

GOOD LEARNING CURVE

-ANALYSIS ARE CONDUCTED MONDAY TO WEDNESDAY, THURSDAY WE COMPILE REPORTS, RESULTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS AND FRIDAYS ARE FOR STOCK TACKING. HAVE A VERY GOOD RELATIONSHIP WITH CO-WORKERS. IV LEARNT THE IMPORTANCE OF ACCURACY IN THE LAB AND GOOD HOUSEKEEPING. I ENJOY CONDUCTING CATIONS ANALYSIS USING AA BECAUSE ITS A BIT CHALLENGING SO I LEARN NEW THING EVERY TIME I CONDUCT THE ANALYSIS

Fast Learner, good memory

I am currently doing my internship at the department Of Agriculture where I hold a position of network Administrator. My roles include Administration and monitoring of networks (LAN and WAN) at district and sub-district offices and ensuring that file servers at these offices are fine tuned for optimum performance, Administration of user and group accounts, access rights and account privileges on the network, Installation, configuration and administration of Microsoft DHCP, Exchange, Software Update Services, DNS and Proxy Servers, Ensuring that internet security, network security and physical security measures are taken against malicious harm and theft

No salary level progression

I am a field worker. have a good technical & team working skills. Im always professional when servicing clients. I always applie the batho pele principles. I enjoy working with animal and especially treating them when they are sick. My biggest challenge I that there is no growth, no salary level progression.
