I am hard worker , who is willing to learn and grow in the company.

I am 26 years old youth, holding National diploma in Public Relations management. I am looking for permanent job were i can execute my skills and ensure that i grow professionally within the organisation and making greater contribution as well.I am also working quite comfortable working under pressure. I am currently studying towards my honors in communication science.

Pros: Promotions should be given to a deserving one.
Cons: I can work long hours if need be.

Would be an excellent if the environment was stable

The department is small with a huge role to play in improving Telecommunications in the country. The people who undrestand their roles are nice to work with, however the majority of the workforce is difficult to work with as they are anti-change. Management does not want to pull its weight which makes my job difficult and there is too much unhealthy competition among them which makes the department lose its focus. Advising managent on internal audit related matters and the poditive uptake of suggestions made is what made me happy.

Pros: Great exposure
Cons: Unstable environment

- A typical work day My day is filled with meetings, dealing with emails, and some meetings outside the office. - Your relationship with co-workers this is a vibrant, organization, with everyone working towards a common objective - What you have learnt Learned to operate at an executive level, learned a lot about the ICT sector and policy regulations - What you enjoy most Reading, engaging on current affairs/ locally and internationally, time with family - The most challenging aspects of the job reaching tight deadlines and unplanned travelling.

Pros: Im at a Director Level and there is only one Chief Director post
Cons: Tight deadlines and extensive travelling
