Working with stakeholders for the entire Province

I am currently doing recruitment and selection, policy development and analysis. I also ensure for the implementation of HRM strategic plan and the Employment Equity Plan. I work with a lot of people on a daily basis i.e departmenal employees, line managers, senior managers and sometimes with top management. I work well with these different levels of employees as well as external stakeholders. I like this because it helps me to realise my capacity in the field of HRM. I like performing these duties because it has helped me to be able to adapt to different personalities and gaining the ability to deal with difficult and challenging situations.

Pros: Opportunity for career progression and skills development
Cons: Systems which hinder completion of tasks.
