My job is to collect, process, verify and report accounting related-information to my supervisor. I am given professional analytical and management support work assignments. Assist in the preparation of monthly or weekly financial reports. Develop and utilize spreadsheets, databases and other computer applications. Manage specialized information, reports, forms dealing with fees, billing. I have also learned to be able to work under pressure. The challenge i faced initially was adapting to the system they use here in the municipality, but with time and guidance from my co-workers I have mastered it.

Good communication skills and understanding each others ideas or dicision

I'm a young girl who what to achieved a good things in life. And am still want to go through with education ( part-time) am looking a job who I can start immediately even if is tomorrow am ready.

Pros: Am a hard worker and am willing to work under pressure.

Currently studying Logistics & Transport Management

The units will identify the needs will link the needs with budget, assure that funds are available when sourcing the quotations, printing order and paying the suppliers. SCM work as a team as to ensure we process requests on time. As the Manager I update them on new policies in process flows. I advise them when they dont know how to fix the challenges. Good communication with suppliers and internal clients from the office as I give them feedback regarding status of procurement of goods or service. I have learnt to be patient and to listen very well in SCM and to ensure smooth running when procuring.I enjoy engaging with suppliers and internal clients. The most challenging aspects is when suppliers not delivering on time

Pros: I have more than 12 years experience in SCM and currently increasing my knowledge by attending courses and also studying with Unisa
Cons: When there is pressure, I work overtime to meet deadline.

I am self-motivated and goal orientated person. I work to the best of my ability and regard myself as a quick leaner. I accept the unknown and regard this as challenge. I work well under pressure and think on my feet. I am a hardworking, punctual, team player and deadline drive. Having the right attitude makes the difference and will ensure a positive experience no matter the situation or circumstance. I know that I will be an asset to any company or institution in any position I will be placed in.

Excellent

While offering both depth and breadth across this field, these course put into perspective the importance and relevance of information technology (Business Application), Information and Communication Technology (ICT) and the application of its fundamentals to the problems faced by the real world. So, I can realize that learning and developing my knowledge of Information Technology (Business Application). I will have a great contribution.i have learnt to be kind, flexible and participate in your work as well as working hard to produce quality reports.
