Job description and tasks

Since I manage a number of Regional Inspectors that are in the Province away from Head Office. This involve a lot of supervision, negotiation and encouragement as the inspectors have no one to look up to in the region as their supervisor is in the Head Office. My job requires that I deal with a number of stakeholders at all levels.

Want to explore new avenues

I worked for my company for far too long and need to explore new challenges. Need to meet a new team. I have acquired a lot of experience which I need to apply at a different environment. I enjoy interacting with different stake holders, sharing ideas and discussing solutions to problems. The most challenging aspect is when there is an emergency and you call out a service provider who does not arrive on time.

Pros: Building a good relations with service providers
Cons: Colleagues and service providers drag their feet when a service is urgently needed
