Excellent learning curve indeed

Very hecti working shedules very strenuous and requires the coopration of colleagues at all times. Mostly these are political appointees therefore very familiar with each other and the relationships are smooth and pcasual. Roles are easly intertwined as colleagues constantly and willingly assist each. therefore in the long run one becomes a sort of an all rounder. It is easy for a junior staff member to end up performing roles that are usally peefomred by a senior staff member in other organisations.. as an Administrator which is not a a senior position but I would have a couple of other people /colleagues reporting to me and depending on my to perefom their duties successfully. An example would be out drivers, food aiders etc who i must see to it that the have all the necessary tools of trade such as phones, cars, and materials tneeded to successfully perform their duties. this was a great opportunity for me to learn.

SENIOR INTERNAL AUDITOR

I am a handworker and I am interested on working as internal auditor I enjoy auditing and to add value to the department. my relationship with my co-worker is very good and we help each other every time. I have learn lot of things in this department eg. back to basic . I enjoy travelling when we go to site visit to perform an audit for community work program. The challenges that I have is when the client not cooperative with me by not providing supporting document during the audit.

Excellent learning curve.co-workers are friendly.i have learnt leadership skills,motivating,monitoring,evaluating workers.i enjoy working with cooperating workers.late coming,absenteesm,drunkenness are the key challenges.

Good work prospects offering vast work experience

my typical work day starts at 06h00 to attend to emails before doing the actual work. I have a healthy work relations with my co-workers and I have learned the importance of providing accurate verified management information for informed decision making. I enjoy conducting a gap analysis on performance of the department as a whole and give recommendations. the most challenging aspects of my job are the cooperation from other units in terms of providing information about their performance and corrective action on time.

Excellent client relations

-One of my strong points is working well with clients,building strong relations with stakeholders and problem solving. -Proactive and strategic when I solve problems.

Pros: I was promoted from finance administrator to senior state accountant
Cons: Having to deal with a large number of clientele.eg 30 a day
