Policies and Bilaterals engagement with other countries

There many things i learnt throughout of my 12 Month internship. The workplace was interesting and i manage to fit my self to the work enviroment. I was part of delegation who were delegated to manage BRICS Film Festival in Durban 2018. It was a big project for me perhaps i was along side of best project managers. During the 2018 i was part of delegation who were tasked to host Arab week in Pretoria. I was assisting the project Manage and service provider with logistics and accompanying delegates from participating countries.it was unforgetable year 2018 for me and i did archieve alot, especially with work experience that i got from Deparment of Arts and Culture. I was reporting to Deputy Director in line to Director to Chief Director. My biggest spotlight i was given a task to arrange Briefing notes for Minister and delegates who were traveling International . It will be a pleasure for me to explore my expertise to private sector.

Excellent

I am in the position of a National Diploma IT. I currently work at the Department of Arts and Culture as an Intern doing Technical Support, and Website Management. Am a hard working person, dedicated, innovative, intelligent female with honesty and integrity. I am able to work under pressure meeting deadline. I have vast experience in Technical Support. I have also been introduced and groomed under Software Development, Database Administrator, Network Technologies, and Information Systems. I also learned over the years that respecting other people’s views and playing my part in whatever role entrusted on me coupled with good communication is key to the success of the team and the organization. I have recently attended a course called Breaking Barriers to Entry into Public Service (BB2E).

It's a government department that is mandates and undertakes to conserve, preserve and promote the heritage of the country. There are line managers in each unit with one senior who is in charge of a unit!

Social media, communication, brand management, marketing

I have an excellent working relationship with my colleagues. Currently my moral has been low. I believe I have reach a ceiling, but I take my work no less. I love my work, I thrive on it; but it is time to move up where I need to learn, gain and give back. When I started my knowledge was limited, but I took the challenge in both hands. I was hungry and still am. I have experienced that best way to learn to by doing and working with a team that is willing to transfer skill has been the best.

Pros: Meeting great inspiration that keep on motivating to do good regardless.

Opportunity

I want something more as this is a general assistant I don't want to work as a cleaner for the rest of my life but this opportunity came when I had no job I had to take it but I am more into administration and finance that's my goal

Interesting learning curve

The company has a good work ethic.The only problem is that there is a high level of favouritism which lowers than leve of production amongst the colleagues. The opportunity is for a good cause but the long working hours and this constantly being on your feet can be daunting and tedious. I learnt how to fine tune my team working skills and to keep time.

Excellent learning curve

we have a very good working relationship. i have learnt a lot about file plane, inspection and many things. i enjoy working with file plans. i am comfortably working with my co workers and i report professionally with my seniors.

it is better to work with different people you learn more and learn how to work with other how to participate at work and how to treat other in the work environment and much more you just don't know just only your job your just learn and other work what they are doing what are their procedure
