Throughout the year I have spent at department of Agriculture and rural development I have gathered good communication skills and interpersonal skills. I am able to adapt quickly to new surrounding and challenges and willing to work under pressure everytime without supervision.

2years experience in HR ,diploma,7 tears in admin
As intern I was rotating every 6 months in all HR components Exposed to working outside the environment doing monitoring,career exhibitions. I enjoyed facilitating a programmer done by workers to train then about service.

COVERING MOTIVATION
My role requires me to prepare, analyzes, verify and disseminate critical monthly and yearly financial reports, coupled with budgeting and forecasting responsibilities. A key skill I have acquired during my previous and currently roles are the ability to successfully implement and manage new accounting systems and procedures. I enjoy the challenge of integrating a new system and working with the wider accounting team to ensure a smooth and productive workflow. I have a proactive management style with highly developed communication skills. I have frequently been required to manage a team under pressure and enable them to meet strict deadlines.

Good practical skills provided, learning and presentations
days are not the same it mostly depends on the season, during winter there is less work but during the spring, autumn and summer there is lots of work. the staff members and the supervisors are really cool and friendly. they also work at their best of interest to make evry one feel comfortable and welcome and ensure that every one is at the good working standard. i do enjoy working in here but i need to move for my better experience and advancing my career too.
Pros: the promotions are earned due to the level of education and i like studying a lot.
Cons: too much work must be covered the same day.

Personal attributes that I have developed through work experience and study include time management, analatical and problem –solving skills. I am enthusiastic, self motivated, ambitious and energetic individual who works hard to achieve goals. I develop and maintain good working relations based on integrity and honesty. I promote teamwork in the workplace, am a quick learner and can work independently without supervision.
