As an intern I have developed a strong report writing skill.

I am currently an intern at Department of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries under the directorate: B-BBEE Charters Compliance. We are responsible for measuring the Provincial Departments of Agriculture's compliance in terms of BEE, looking at BEE elements which are Employment Equity and Management Control, Skills Development, Preferential Procurement, Enterprise Development and Socio-Economic Development. Excellent learning curve

I believe that my strong educational background and extensive experience in the procurement field make an appropriate candidate for the advertised position. As you can see in the enclosed resume, I have been working as a Senior Supply Chain Practitioner with Rural Development and Land Reform for nine years. I am currently working as Senior Supply Chain Management Practitioner with Department of Agriculture where I have gained experience as acting Assistant Director for a period of three years. Since, my responsibilities and duties were quite similar to those required in the ad of your organization; I strongly believe I can perform well all the delegated duties and tasks.

Pros: opportunity grow and learn new things
Cons: able to do multi task

It is an excellent learning curve, as I am prepared to build my career in this field.

My typical work day is dependent on the workload we have and the deadlines given. Relationship with my co-workers is pretty cool, good working relationship. I have learned a lot of things as compared to when I got here because I was directly from an academic environment, so I have learned from how to conduct myself from professional people, the body language in the workplace and how to communicate professionally. What I enjoy most is the exploring part of things whereby I can get to meet new people and do new things, capacity building. The most challenging aspects of the job is part of new Marine Aquaculture Rights Applications, which gets better with time.

Pros: Learning path
Cons: No promise of a permanent position at the company

Kindly refer CV

My career span predominantly encompassed duties executed within provincial government. To comprehend the operations of any organisation, individuals need to understand various facets of operations within the organisation, hence my employ within City of Cape Town. The public sector tiers created an interest in finding out how systems and activities were different yet aligned in the various disciplines of government. Having attained that exposure, I would now like to continue my career within the tier to which my application relates and utilise my skill, experience and theoretical knowledge attained in making a positive impact within this structure. With my Supply Chain Management and Accounting experience, I have an added advantage since many of the incidences requiring investigation occurs within the SCM and/or Accounting processes.

Pros: Advancing skill set
Cons: Long working hours

Iam most interested in working in a divergent environment, for I enjoy the mix of student or workers backgrounds, respecting their religions and cultural values and variable levels of experience and ability that are found there.

Pros: I am very flexible to handle the change
Cons: I am struggling when approaching a problem because Itry to throw everything Iknow and start to over think
