Work with children. Have a good relationship with my colleagues

My name is Lizelle Beukes from Upington currently a teacher at IS Frank Biggs for the past 6 years. Working experience i worked at Pioneer Foods as a PA for my OPS Manager and worked my way up to creditors. My reason for applying for this job is that my daughter has been accepted at Jan Kriel special needs school in Kuilsrivier and we must reallocate from Upington to Cape Town. Thanks

Pros: I can work under pressure very well. I'm also willing to learn from other departments.
Cons: If possible i can work from 7 till 5. Weekends when needed to.

Teaching and management

A typical working day is classroom teaching and class management and learner work evaluation. My relationship with co-workers is quite health and team building all the time, very good communication skills, and I give respect to my co-workers and respect theirs opinions at all times. I enjoy the team spirit and the engagement with learners in class makes my work important and very interesting. The most challenging thing is dealing with learner absenteeism and late coming for lessons.

Pros: great opportunity for inservice trainning
Cons: long hours of working
