Good experience

Arbitration experience Billings to corporate clients I have roughly 15 years of professional experience in an administrative capacity. The work environment was just uncomfortable every employee is on edge as they are constantly monitored and if it is an open plan even the article clerks as well as Professional assistants to directors. Finally, in all the previous positions I have held, I have approached them as opportunities for career advancement but in this particular position, I felt undermined and constantly interrupted with my daily duties.

Pros: Opportunity to work with arbitration
Cons: An unreasonable partner with terrible manners
