all aspects of practice management. reception duties, bookings, payments, accounts, creditors, debtors, book - keeping, bank recons, SARS returns like PAYE/ UIF/ VAT. responsible for sales for 6 doctors, stock take and recons staff salaries including dr's commissions on sales staff are great but alot of in house politics. I personnally did not get involved in staff politics and always had a great relationship with everyone great organization skills, how to handle people under stressful situations

Pros: Meeting new people every day
Cons: financial pressures of juggling somebody elses money

To communicate with people in good or bad mood always smile towards them

Am a fast learner when given a chance to prove my capability towards the work I have been given,loving the environment of love nd care for each other looking forward to hear from this job application that I have applied for or any other job available to the company so that I can prove my capacity of knowledge I have nd experience of working with different people

Pros: Lookin forward to gain much experience as I can
Cons: Am no bad on work long hours as long I will be informed

Excellent learning curve

I work with patients from8 - 5, I have to have answers to all their question regarding their dental problems. I relate with patients very easily. With my colleagues I communicate with everybody no matter what the circumstances might be I have learned to memories the patients we see on a daily routines. Make sure to remember their treatment and for me to remember them I must take a look of them like I must have an eye contact. Learning new things everyday Most challenging is to.Make sure I get their quotation right and to book the theatre according to their request

Pros: Great opportunity for growth
Cons: Normal hours
