Strength personality

Over the course of two year I grew a much stronger personality. I had to run the reception alone while training 4 people i had to make sure my work was very accurate so i dont teach them wrong i had to work dubble my shift in order to make sure everything happens that needed to happen on a daily route in reception. That doing admissions answering the switchboard assisting patient and doctors with questions making bookings for admission phone patients to confirm bookings check stats constantly making sure we dont over book count petty cash make change for the patient take payment make notes on the system about the payments follow up with patient on the bookings that has not been confirmed let the dr rooms know what the patients said about the booking and when the patient can be expected these are the basics we in reception deal with some days it gets very busy and a situation where everything is on hold where we have to assist i had to do all of this for longer than a month by myself while training others.

Pros: Great place to learn about ypur strengthens
Cons: Mixed shift and long hours
