I always under promise and overdeliver

I'm a self motivated individual enjoy learning new tasks enjoys working within a team as I'm a team player. Extremely flexible can multi task and accurately meet deadlines according to company policies.typical work day is meeting deadlines provided by the company getting the job done accurately.I have learnt to time manage myself aswell as self management via face and system management.My relationship with co workers is communication is key.the most challenging is dealing with complaints and figuring how to tap into clients needs.

Excellent learning curve

I have learned more than expected but management was not acknowledging any work instead they will pin you down with the mistake that you have done. The working hours was fine but they force overtime of which will not be paid you will be given time of.

Pros: The promotion would be given to those that bow to everything that the manager would want them to do without any questions.
Cons: Normal hours

Alot of learning potential

Denis was amazing to work for the people are warm and friendly it's like working with family. I have learnt so much in all fields. I loved working with people that treat you like family.

New challenges

My work day starts after 7am after some conversations with my co-workers. My day typically runs smoothly with a few challenges along the way, I have learnt that anything or any work related challeng makes you a stronger more confident person worker and support to staff that needs assistance. I enjoy contacting clients and members to provide them with feedback and solutions to what they queried

Excellent learning

A well balanced company . Very rewarding job with the opportunity to help individuals be a part of the community and to be successful living on their own. Great staff and a company that truly cares about their employees!

Excellent learning experience but terrible management experience as well

Working hours are amazing, co-workers were also great but the management not so great. Denis management rather hire someone from outside who doesnt know anything bout the compny nor our products and clients instead of grooming and promoting someone from internal, people were always told how they're not "team leader material", but the same people that are not team leader material are expected to help ans teach the new team leader everything, Denis is using people in a nutshell. One cannot be in a company for 3 years going to 4 and still be on a contract with no benefits whatsoever

Learning curve

Great company to work for, with a lot of focus to be applied, sometimes there was no room for mistakes wich made it difficult to work there but with colleagues we tried to help each other, i enjoyed my work.

Good start For where I want to be

It's a good company to work for. But the salary doesn't match your qualifications and experience. Opportunities are there but people with the experience aren't recognized
