My most challenging part of my job

On a typical day I address all quality issue relating to the QMS and get involved in assisting with Root causes and ways to improve our system. My relationship with my co-workers is excellent and I have earned their trust. My most challenging part of my job is to convince the employees that quality is important and to understand the QMS requirements. I have learnt that you can learn everyday from everyone that you work with and team work is important in making the company to go from good to great.

Pros: Working environment
Cons: Company not stable, and opportunity for promotion is limited

A drive for Success

I have learned a lot in Aviation Industry, it has a variety of changes and a larger scope of work process that needs to be achieved and this has made my journey a joy however it had its down sides to it bit those challenges made me respect my co-workers more and my responsibilities more. A day at the office is one that never stops it keeps having new challenges and new questions, sometimes the same question just presented in a different way, which allow me to explore the communication process towards a co-worker and my understanding to what I have learned and this makes me enjoy what I do.

Pros: New regulations and standards, knowledge never stops!
Cons: Misinterpretation of the standards and Regulations can lead to serious consequences.

I enjoy most assisting the assembly guys and manufacturing department as it helps broaden the skill factor of working in a manufacturing environment. The most challenging part of my job is shipments because you have the whole company depending on you and watching your every move to mke sure all aircrafts components are delivered safely to Seville.

Pros: Great opportunities for learning and promotion
